Sistiana Beach Training

Group training on sprint distance and sprintone!

Meeting at Sistiana bay  at the end of the descent h6pm

​

18.15 Swimming in the bay  with directional buoys: 2 distances of about 800/1100m 

19.00 BIKE with 2 variants and common initial part. Walled Karst

20.15 RUN on the Rilke path with the possibility of extending in the Cernizza wood towards the Villaggio del Pescatore.

Trail route with technical passages and a difference in height that can also be further reduced to 4km or for those with various problems, a multilap race on the flat towards Porto Piccolo. Front light recommended

If conditions permit, we will also place the Transition Zone efWe will be simulating T1 so bring your own supplies 

 

The spirit as always is the fun and passion that unites us. It's not a race!
